Most of the archive is now scanned from the personal collection of Nick (NickfromThundera), who kindly contributed it to the site: recording scripts, conformed scripts and early drafts, several of them signed. Those files have been compressed for the web and given a text layer, so you can search inside the PDF.
The rest was compiled and published by at ThunderCatsFans.org, a fan archive collecting ThunderCats production material since 2001, and by Zack from his own studio copies. Where both exist for one episode, both are here: the newer scan leads and the older one sits underneath it with its credit intact.
